Its such a nice video! I know the tryouts are in sutton tennis academy. Does anyone know whether the gymnastics centre will be built, or if tumbles will be performed on their sprung tumble track? I'm worried it wont be long enough for my pass

I heard that they will be using their sprung track but they may have a sprung floor in time too. If you're concerned, video your long pass and show them, then perform what you can fit in on the day. Good luck

I'm interested to know how they choose who will be apart of the squad, obviously they have to consider past members but what happens if lots of new people tryout with all the skills, will they choose the newer members over the older ones - some of which do not have the skills...? How would you go about choosing the squad roster?

Yeah they choose the people who have the skills. There have been people who didn't get back on even though they were on the team before.

They tailor elements of the course during the day to sports injuries likely to occur during cheerleading training and performances. However as stated above it would be negligent to not also include general first aid training as that may also occur during these times.

Hi @post1
Legacy's TCI Coach Training and Credentialing course is extremely comprehensive- we'd love to work with you and show you what its all about. (There's a course for L1-2 in Liverpool 27-28 September). In addition to an in-person course, there's also one-to-one exit interviews that allow you opportunity to explain aspects of your written exam answers as well as ongoing follow-up to make sure you're able to continue to grow and learn between your certification courses. The course covers aspects of safety, physical techniqe for drills, skills, and spotting, as well as programme management elements that are critical to running a successful programme long-term. Full info is available here: http://training.legacycheeranddance.com/the-cheerlead-interactive℠-tci-coach-training-and-credentialing-course/

Feel free to call us at 0207.993.2228 or email hello@legacycheeranddance.com if you have questions and we'll be happy to help you.

Wishing you the very best in your coaching journey!
Team Legacy

Hi, desperately trying to decide what organisation to train to be a coach with-
UKCA, BCA or Future Cheer.

Has anyone had any experience? Are any better than others?

Thanks :)
