I understand what a partially paid bid is, buts what is an at large bid? I'm confused!
Thankyou!

Why is it then called "At Large" shouldnt that mean Large = More/Big

while Partial = Some/abit

Everyone is allowed to turn. It just means bases can't wander off and do something else.

Whenever I do a double twist toss, I naturally end up doing a quarter turn with it. Regarding level 4 tosses, it says in the rule book the following: "Bases must remain stationary during the toss", however it later goes on to say "tosses may not exceed 2-1/4 twisting rotations". Can someone clarify what this means? Are bases not allowed to simulate a quarter turn twist (as some teams do in kick twist baskets), but if the flyer does it naturally it's allowed? Thanks in advance!

Below senior athletes are never friends with their coach on their personal accounts and most seniors aren't either. There's a coach's fb account that athletes and/or their parents can friend over the age of 13 and then we often have team groups on fb too.
