Depends it'd you mean air track like the long strips of "bouncy castle" that have to be a at hard to a generator to stay inflated, or an evo floor or air floor which are thinner, firmer and closer in feel to a sprung floor.

If it's the first one, I believe these have no real impact on learning real tumbling (on the floor) except maybe a confidence boost for getting the feeling of going upside down safely.

The second are really good as the technique you'll use is he same as when you go onto the floor and the transition to floor isn't so different.

future cheers system is a dream compared to legacy's both companies have a good idea though wish all companies would make this move.

I did register on legacy and found it complicated, Future Cheers on the other hand was a lot easlier for me and clearer. But that might just be me.
