Hi Guys,

For Jungle Fever, Winter Wonderland & Heart of England the days will be split the same. Saturday will be all Tiny, Mini, Youth and Junior teams. Sunday will be all Senior and Senior Open teams. The only difference with Jungle Fever is that you get to compete twice in one day.

We have found that this gives the most even spread of teams over the two days.

For Saturday Night Fever all dance teams and stunt groups/partner stunts will all perform twice on Saturday. All cheer teams will perform twice on Sunday.

Super Hero is likely to be a one day event with all teams on the same day.

FC Brings It On is also a one day competition with the parade on the Sunday.

I hope that helps but if you want any more info please let me know.

Thanks. I can tuck onto three crash mats it's just the second half of the twist that seems to be an issue. Could do a standing half fine

you cant say to people book your holidays for different times just because of cheer!
families are bound by non term time holidays now so if a comp fulls some time after those or even during then people will be missing from training. it is a fun sport and a hobby. nothing more. these arent professional people who should be punished for taking a holiday!
saying that....obviously consistent non attendance and missed training for unacceptable reasons should be punished

After checking online, the BIC is very similar in size to the TIC that BCA use for nationals (both roughly 4500). For BCA to need that size of venue just for a regionals is quite impressive and they must be doing something right I guess.

I'd work standing tucks up onto a higher surface. Maybe a crash mat. Really work on that fulled technique. This will also condition you, giving you (in the long term) longer time in the air to perform standing full.

Next, try standing fulls off a higher surface. As high as it needs to be for you to land on your feed. So you're used to the motion of it being a standing full. Also drill and drill and drill on the trampoline.

And make sure you're hollow. If you're soggy, your body will mess up your spin and break it.
